As Principal of Meridian School, Madhapur, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our school website.
Our website is a resource which showcases the wealth of experiences we offer at Meridian. It also reflects the wonderful work of our learning community.

Education means acquisition of knowledge, developing powers of reasoning and character building. It is a process to transform a child into an enlightened human being. Cyber age of today demands education to transcend from its traditional role to fuse the modern-day student with scientific temperament, while retaining our core values to prepare him for the task of nation building which is the country’s utmost demand.
Students are at the heart of all we do as they are a source of transformative energy. The mentors focus on providing research-based, differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
Our ethos is multi-dimensional that ensures that our teaching and activities have relevance to values and understanding, the two basic components of education. We arm the students with skills and opportunities that create in them the power to introspect and become compassionate. We foster a positive spirit and believe in partnership between students, parents, teachers and support staff striving to create a milieu that sustains excellence.

Ms. T. Anitha Kamal
She is a seasoned school educator with more than 27 years of experience in the field of education. She has worked in many capacities ranging from a Senior Headmistress, Senior Academic Coordinator, HOD of Computer Science Dept., etc. As an academician, she is very well versed with CBSE guidelines, policies & curriculum. Being a Computer Science & Informatics Practices faculty, she has a widespread knowledge on various digital and virtual learning platforms. In addition to the above she served as a Head examiner, Asst. Centre Superintendent & Centre Superintendent for CBSE Board examinations.
She has acquired versatile work experience in the areas of Academics, Administration and implementation of the CBSE curriculum, syllabus guidelines, procedures & policies along with exposure to the effective adoption of Virtual sessions, online tools, teaching platforms, examination modules of ERP, and Education management software.
She has performed the role of a “Key Setter” for CBSE as a Board panel member and also as “Head Examiner” representing all CBSE schools of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for the subjects Informatics Practices & Computer Science for AISSCE 12th standard.
She is an “Education Counsellor” for graduate programs at various Universities in the USA. She is an expert in providing statements of purpose (SOPs) & letters of recommendation (LORs) to aspiring students who are inclined to study at abroad Universities.
She works with the motto to develop a child holistically to face the competitive world.
Neelam Malhotra
Mrs. Neelam Malhotra has always been visionary, inspiring young minds to bring out the best in them. She is the Middle School Academic Coordinator for grades 6-8.
She has over 11 years of experience in the field of education and has completed B.Ed. and M.Sc.
(Environmental Sciences).
She is known to be actively involved with students and encourages creative learning and skill development alongside having a good hold on academics.
She has been awarded Super Teacher Award and has also been invited as judge and evaluator for numerous competitions. Under her mentorship and guidance, students of Meridian have stood first in National Science Fair competition and have brought many laurels to the school.
She takes initiatives to give students hands on experience that helps them understand the concepts in the best possible way. She believes that the best investment is in Knowledge building and that learning is a continuous and an ongoing process which is never limited to the classroom.
Aparna Vadlamudi
Aparna Vadlamudi is the PYP coordinator. She has 9+ years of experience in education field and 5 years in corporate sector as Team Lead at HSBC. She holds an MBA in Human Resources, MBA in Finance and has B. ED in Social Sciences, As part of her technical competencies she holds a certificate in Microsoft Office, Oracle and Visual Basics.
She is an IB certified educator. As a Grade coordinator at primary level, she received a certificate from British Council for implementing ISA at primary level in Meridien School. She attended multiple Job Alike Sessions conducted by SAIBSA (South Asia IB Schools Association).

She believes that teachers have the immense power to change the lives and truly impact their student’s future. This belief led her to give up a cushy job in the corporate sector and adopt an academic career. Her passion to nurture and influence the young minds to experiment and explore was a driving force for her to adapt and become successful in the education field.
Her attributes of being caring, open minded, good listener and communicator helps her in being receptive and adaptive to new ideas and challenges at work.
Ms Uzma Sultana
Ms. Uzma Sultana is an experienced educator and leader who currently serves as our Primary Years Coordinator (AIBPYP). She holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and an MBA. Additionally, she is certified in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), and has received training in both Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) and All India Early Childhood Care and Education (AIECCE). These qualifications enable her to deeply understand the developmental stages of young learners and design appropriate learning experiences that cater to their unique needs. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role and has spent more than six years in the IB system including five years in managerial positions. Her dynamic and confident personality radiates throughout the institution. Her unwavering commitment to excellence is palpable, and her tireless efforts in ensuring that the educational standards of our institution are unparalleled are commendable.
One of the most significant qualities is her ability to inspire and motivate others. She is very creative and her leadership style is characterised by a clear vision and a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork and trust. She is an excellent communicator, always willing to listen to others’ perspectives and ideas, and offer constructive feedback. Her positive attitude and genuine care for students, teachers, and parents create a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports student learning and well-being.
She also takes on a wide range of responsibilities related to student welfare, including overseeing student behaviour and discipline, monitoring academic progress, and managing student support services. She works closely with teachers and parents to identify and address students’ academic and social-emotional needs, ensuring all students can reach their full potential.
Ms. Garima Kumar
Garima Kumar is an A self-directed, action-oriented professional with over 15year’s experience in education and community service with specialization in Senior Secondary education. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educator who wants all children to be successful learners. She has created a career counselling lab in the school to provide valuable insight on new age careers and career guidance.
She is an accomplished special educator who brings out the best in the students with learning disabilities and ADHD syndrome. A strong believer in early intervention and following an all-inclusive approach ensuring every child is given an equal opportunity to learn and develop him/herself.
She is an alumnus of Central University of Allahabad and Acharya Nagarjuna University Guntur. Certificate Holder from Asian College of Teachers. She has work experience at Deinbeigh School Milton Keynes UK & Christian Centre Primary School Milton Keynes UK. She strongly believes that education is a medium to prepare students for life with strong values. For her it is important that students must acquire the skills and competencies to survive in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
